Since 2024, the High Command of Ho Chi Minh City has directed its units and localities to establish Vovinam martial arts clubs, creating a vibrant environment for training and physical development for officers and soldiers.
At these clubs, officers and soldiers are equipped with martial arts knowledge ranging from basic to advanced levels. Through training, they strengthen their willpower, physical fitness, techniques, and tactics—thereby enhancing the combat capability of the city’s armed forces to meet the requirements and tasks of national defense in the new context.
