If we count from the 2011 SEA Games when Vovinam first appeared in Indonesia with 14 events, then in 2013 in Myanmar with 18 events, the 3rd time in Ha Noi last year with 15 events, the fact that the host Cambodia organized double the number of competitions is an affirmation that our martial art has a very significant position on the regional map.

On the other hand, in the content of performing the scoring of the referees, in addition to the professional factors, it is inevitable that some emotional influences will be affected, so organizing a lot of performance content will have a lot of opportunities for achievements. So it is not surprising that Vietnam’s gold medals in the past few days are mainly in the content of fighting because the score will be clear because the moves are scored somewhere, and in the performance content, the achievements of the Vietnamese boxers are only acceptable.
