The tournament was held in response to the national movement “All people exercise following the great example of Uncle Ho,” encouraging the public to regularly practice and compete in Vovinam – Vietnamese martial arts, contributing to community health, and was one of the activities commemorating the 87th anniversary of the founding of Vovinam – Viet Vo Dao.

It is known that among Vietnamese martial arts, Vovinam has the widest global reach, with over 2 million practitioners across more than 70 countries and territories.
